Chinese Development Assistance Council

Chinese Development Assistance Council Tuition Programme

Dear Parents and Students,
The Chinese Development Assistance Council is implementing the Student Education and Development Tuition Programme (Secondary). This programme aims to help students develop holistically and improve their learning abilities. 
Target group:
1. Student or the parents must be Chinese Singapore Citizens or Permanent Resident
2. Gross Monthly Household Income (MHI) not exceeding $3,000 or Monthly Per Capita Income (PCI) not exceeding $800
[MHI not exceeding $1,500 or PCI not exceeding $450 could apply Tuition Fee Waiver]
