Complete the online application via this link https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas (opens in new tab) or by scanning the QR code below. Singpass login is required.
Option 1b. eFAS link in PG’s services section.
Option 2: Via hardcopy/ softcopy application form
Download the MOE FAS application form here (opens in new tab) or collect the hardcopy form from the school’s General Office. Please scan and email the required documents together with the completed form to yuhua_ss@moe.edu.sg (opens in new tab), attention to Mdm Lim Seok Har & Mdm Noraini. Alternatively, the form and documents can be submitted/mailed to the school’s General Office.

Parents Gateway
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that our school is now onboard Parents Gateway. Parents Gateway is a mobile app specially designed for parents. Developed by MOE and GovTech, the app allows parents to engage with schools, receive information and perform a range of administrative functions such as giving consent for school trips.
We would like to invite you to download the Parents Gateway mobile app on your mobile phone (available on iOS and Android platforms only) and perform a simple one-time onboarding process.
